Still love my Shakti

I love my Shakti mat so much when my 83 year old mother wanted one I lent her mine to try while I was away on holiday, she decided to keep mine and gave me the money to buy myself another one, I also added the pillow to the order and love it too

So relaxing

Initially I was skeptical. My first few experiences were a little on the painful side but I persisted as the recommendation. I have been using it for a couple of weeks every evening before bed for about 30 minutes and I notice when I haven't used it. My sleep is better and I feel more relaxed. It is definitely worth it.
