Regular? Plus? What does it mean? Acupress Leg Wraps aren’t compression socks or leggings – these sizes are based on Regular fitting most and Plus covering those who don’t.
To find your size, measure the circumference of your calf or thigh approx. ⅔ of the way up. If you fall on the upper range of Regular or the lower range of Plus (2-3 cm), we recommend sizing down.

When required, hand wash the Acupress Leg Wraps and Headband in cold soapy water. Rinse and dry flat in the shade. You can also use a lint roller as required.
Store them folded in a safe place, out of direct sunlight and away from pets and children, with spikes and fasteners secured.

Signature spikes
Sharp spikes = effective acupressure. Anything less and you're missing the point. We're constantly honing our precision-engineered moulds to ensure our spikes are the sharpest around.
The Leg Wraps use our signature Shakti spikes for deep, fast-acting recovery, while the Headband uses smaller mini-spikes, packed closer together, for precise, comfortable pressure around the forehead and jaw.
Both are delivered in our Level 1 intensity, so the pressure you feel comes down to how tightly you wrap them — dial it up for a deeper sensation, or ease off for a gentler, therapeutic touch.
Adjustable compression
Unlike the Shakti Mat, the Leg Wraps and Headband don't rely on body weight to activate. Instead, an adjustable closure lets you set your own intensity and hold it in place – so you're free to kick back and relax.
The Leg Wraps use a 2-step compression closure for a secure, even wrap around your upper and lower legs. The Headband uses an internal tensioning system to hold snug across your forehead without slipping.
Both are built for short sessions of 15–40 minutes, so you can fit acupressure recovery around your day rather than the other way round.

A little, but only in the beginning.
Each spike responds to tension in your body, so more tension = more sensation. The initial “Ouch!” you feel activates your body’s pain response and tells it to send happiness hormones and pain-relief chemicals to the area you’re targeting. If those spikes aren’t sharp enough – or you’re beyond relaxed already – you won’t feel much.
