Included in the Everyday Focus Bundle

Your everyday reset

Roll and go

The Wonderball and the Torus Ring Set work together or solo – each targeting different tension points for a complete acupressure practice you can use throughout the day.

Keep the Wonderball on your desk or bedside table and roll it along your hands, wrists, jaw, neck, or feet whenever tension builds. Slip a Torus Ring onto your finger whenever your mind starts to race – in a meeting, on a call, or deep in your favourite series. Use both together for a full reset, or reach for just one when you need something specific.

Choose your intensity

Neither tool relies on body weight or a timer to work – you're in control of how much pressure you feel and for how long.

The Wonderball responds to your grip. Roll it lightly to warm up, or press harder for a deeper release. The Torus Ring Set comes in three intensities – Gold (Level 1), Silver (Level 2), Black (Level 3) – so instead of adjusting pressure, you simply pick the ring that matches your moment

Both are built for short bursts rather than long sessions, so you can fit a reset into a coffee break, a commute, or the thirty seconds between meetings.

    Tactile

As a neurospicy person the wonderball is nice to roll around hands. I get painful wrists from office work so was hoping it might help with that. Have enjoyed rolling hands on it and used at base of skull and jaw, though find a bit awkward to use there.

    Love my little ball

Product is very good quality including the holder and cork mat.

It was well packaged when it arrived.

So far I have used it on my hands and feet. Rolling it under your feet gives a lovely warm sensation, great in the cold weather.

I am looking forward to using it on other parts of my body.

    Brilliant result

Compared to the solid ball for pressure relief I have been using, this Wonderball has improved flexibility in my hand from Dupuytren's Contracture immediately.

    Small convenient moment of presence

I read the reviews and thought it was a must have. Good to release hand tension, mental tension through mindfulness and distraction, and a good fidget tool. Looks pretty to hold in your hands and a convenient way to sit mindfully or distract a busy mind with focus. I don't really find it a pleasant or unpleasant sensation, but I do notice my fingers feel less tense after using it.

    Slightly intimidating but wonderful experience

It's like pins and needles and goosebumps at the same time . . . but with a really relaxing after sensation.

It can be a bit tricky to get the hang of it and learn to moderate the pressure, but I have definitely noticed a more relaxed and calm feeling in my body afterwards with tension melting away. I have started collecting Shakti and building up a little tool kit to help me destress and find inner calm in different moments throughout the day. Definitely worth a try and I really love its look, beautiful addition to a room.
